Please call The CITS Mobile Ticket helpline at 519-578-1570 if you are still experiencing issues.

What are the benefits of digital ticketing?

Digital Tickets offer fans the convenience of managing tickets right from their phone at any time. Gone are the days when tickets are forgotten, lost or stolen! This transition also protects all tickets from being fraudulent and counterfeit. Digital Tickets are securely stored within fan’s Rangers Seasons Ticket Account that can be accessed at any time and downloaded into an Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

Additional Benefits Include:

  • Instant ticket delivery during the season

  • Updates to event information (e.g. puck drop, opponent)

What if I don’t have a smartphone?

Fans can reach out to the Kitchener Rangers Front Office by phone at 519-576-3700 or email zfoss@kitchenerrangers.com to discuss options.

Can I print or screenshot my tickets?

No, the barcodes on your digital ticket work just like your boarding pass at an airport, the digital ticket will be scanned at entry. Tickets will not be accepted at the gate if they are printed and screenshots will cause issues and delays at entry.

What if I lost or deleted the email with my tickets?

Fans can always access their tickets by logging onto their Kitchener Rangers Online Ticket Account via your smartphone web browser.

What if I lose connectivity/cannot access my Rangers online ticket account on game day?

We encourage fans to download their digital ticket(s) into their Apple Wallet or Google Pay on their smartphone as soon as they receive them. Or download the PDF version within your smartphone browser. This way digital tickets can be accessed without the need for the internet.

What is the alternative option if my phone breaks, dies, is lost, or is stolen on or before game day?

Tickets are connected to fans’ accounts, so they will be able to visit The Aud Box Office sponsored by Whiteway Plumbing on a game day to get assistance. The ticket holder must show a valid ID to receive the tickets.

What if my guest(s) and I arrive at the venue at different times?

Fans can easily transfer their ticket(s) to each group member. This allows everyone to arrive at the venue at their own convenience.

Does the person I send my tickets to need a Rangers ticket account?

Yes. Upon ticket acceptance, the person receiving the tickets will be prompted to create a Kitchener Rangers ticket account or log in to an existing account.

Can I transfer tickets after the event has started?

No. All ticket transfers must be completed prior to the start of the event.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. We recommend downloading the digital tickets as soon as they have been received into the Apple Wallet or Google Pay and within there, fans can click on the specific game and swipe through their tickets. Or transfer to others in their group.

Will my season parking pass be digital?

No. At this time, season parking passes for the 2023-24 season will still be physical passes. They were available for pickup before the start of the season.

Where are the reserved paid parking lots?

The City of Kitchener provides a limited number of reserved parking spaces located in LOT A. This parking lot allows patrons to pre-purchase reserved parking spaces that are adjacent to a venue entrance and ensures a reserved space for all Rangers’ home games. Your Rangers season parking pass will allow one vehicle entrance and parking to LOT A for (34) regular season home games and all playoff games.
